• the introductory notes on the use of the standard employment contract, which should be read in advance to ensure comprehension,
• instructions for use of Mobile Working Agreement,
• the employment contract,
• side Agreement on Mobile Work
• and the data protection information sheet

Working Group Employment Contract

From May to September 2019, the working group of the German Standards Setting Institute (GESSI) dealt with the creation of a standard document on the subject of employment contracts. As with the standard text on the convertible loan and term sheet, Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland and Bundesverband Deutsche Startups (Federal Association of German Startups) appoint equal numbers of members to the working group in order to ensure a balance of interests between investors and companies and to contribute as many empirical values as possible to the working group.

The legal leadership of the working group was assumed by the law firm Greenberg Traurig (GT) Germany. The members of the working group as of June 10, 2019 in alphabetical order:
