Syndication and Pooling

The GESSI standard documents “Syndication and Pooling” consists of the following documents:

• Standard document “Voting agreement and pooling agreement including power of attorney”.
• Standard document “Kapitalpool GmbH including shareholders’ agreement”.
• Standard document “Capital Pool GbR
• as well as detailed instructions for use incl. “Carry” guide for these documents
